Nicole has completed the second cycle of supplements. She is now having the "clean Sweep" which consists of taking a bulking agent twice daily with plenty of water to clean her guts.
She is feeling better. She is reading a book on cancer survivors of Singapore. These persons have completely changed their diet eating raw organic food and their lifestyle. Nicole is encouraged and inspired by the life stories of these persons.
We continue to enjoy the gift of the presence Nicolas, Erin and Nina. Nina is a bundle of joy and full of energy. I need a lot of hard work to keep up with her. But what a joy!
