Day 356 Singapore Jan 5, 2008 - 20.12 hrs

It is exactly a year that we know that Nicole has cancer.
We were doing the laundry in New York when the doctor called to give the result of the biopsy done on Jan 3, 2007. Our life changed that day - Jan 5, 2007.
It has been a year - not an easy one with many ups and downs. But thanks to prayers and support from family members, relatives and friends we have been able to live through this difficult time. There were some hard decisions like Nicole's choice to follow the treatment prescribed by Dr Gonzalez, there have been also many events that showed the working of God e.g. Nicole could not have surgery in New York as there was no slot available at the hospital. This proved to be a good thing as the surgeon in Singapore ruled out surgery as it would have endangered Nicole's life.

We thank all of you who are praying for us.

Nicole is feeling better today as she is off the supplements and enzymes. This is the last day. Tomorrow she will start a new 25 days cycle of taking about 80 supplements and 120 pancreatic enzymes capsules daily, 3-4 glasses of freshly squeezed apple and carrot juice and lots of raw food.

We attended a healing prayer session at Novena church last night. Quite an eye opener and an act of faith. Though we found the music noisy - a youth band was animating the session - but we were able to pray for the healing of our body, mind, and soul.
