Nicolas spent a week with us. Although Nicole had some up days and down days, Nicole and Nicolas spent quality time together. Both enjoyed these valuable moments.
Yesterday Nicole had a good day. Today she was not feeling well and it was a difficult day for her.
To increase her haemoglobin count she needs to eat beef liver. She is finding it hard to have liver prepared the same way - fried liver for each meal.
Anyone who has new and exciting recipe to prepare beef liver is welcomed to send it to me.
Nicole at times is unable to reply to all the emails she receives. I encourage you to continue sending these - they are so useful to her and I hope you understand that she at times cannot reply to each one of your emails.
