Day 22 Singapore February 6th, 2007 - 11.26 hrs

We are starting the day well.

Every morning, following lessons learned from Peter Ng, husband of Patricia, both Nicole and I thank God for a new day in our life.

Nicole prepared breakfast. I am out of the kitchen. With three Liu Man Hin women there, I better leave this space to them! I welcome this break.

We meditated and prayed together this morning.

Last evening, Peter brought me our for dinner. It was not an ordinary dinner. Peter was very kind to share with me his experience. He also gave me the opportunity to share my fear, anxieties and challenges and was very understanding. I was so comforted to have his listening and understanding ears. I came back home in peace and in the knowledge that I can count on his support and that of friends, which he reminded. I shall remember these words Peter "You can find joy in suffering!" I thank Peter for this sharing and his time.

Dad,

You are blessed to have a friend like Peter who can not only provide support, but true empathy and understanding!
