It has been an up & down day for Nicole.The chemo side effects are causing her mood to swing. At times,she was discouraged. She found the food to be tasteless. I prepared some Indian food to get her some spicy food and a good guacomole with the avocado from Mauritius.
We have just finished dinner with Huguette and Bobby. It is always a joy to have the company of Huguette and Bobby.
Fortunately Nicole is eating. We hope she will not lose weight. She is also taking a lot of supplements. She is also managing her eating so that her body pH becomes alkaline. Singapore is a convenient place as it is easy to find the food supplements and organic food to complement the chemo treatment.

Wedding Anniversary
1. Anniversary day is first of all, at completion of a yearly period, a day to remind us that we have to be thankful to Him, our Lord for having grace us with His blessings. We owe Him all we are, all we are to others, and all we enjoy.
2. Anniversary day is secondly, the time to thank all those who have been instruments to the achievements we enjoy. Thus a time for rejoicing!
3. Anniversary day is thirdly, the day to take stock. Identify the strengths we have and strive to possess and use them to progress further. Identify on the weak points that are hampering our progress and work towards their eliminations. I recall some sage saying that weaknesses are there for you to convert them into strong points.
So may we join in to thanks the Lord for His blessings, congratulate you for the wonders your loving union has created and May we wish you to carry on the good work entrusted to you for ever.

We briefly spoke about the juicer that Fit for Life sells. The model that they sell users a cold-press method to ensure the enzymes and nutrients in the juice are not destroyed. At the same time, it separates the juice from the fibres. This has the effect of making the nutrients in the juice easier to be absorbed when drunk and also to indirectly remove the pesticides/chemicals from the juice as these are naturally retained in the fibres.
